How RK Academy handles enquiry data, server logs, cookieless first-party statistics, optional storage and user choices.

This notice covers rkacademy.net. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to server@rkacademy.net. Do not send identity documents unless a specific secure process has first been agreed.
Information you provide
The enquiry form accepts name, email, optional phone, topic and message. The server stores the submission time, a random reference and a daily salted hash of the source address for abuse control. Enquiries are used to understand and respond to the request, maintain a record of the interaction and protect the form from misuse.
Always-on first-party base statistics
Every normal production page loads the established first-party /collect/ endpoint once, independently of whether the visitor accepts, rejects, dismisses or ignores the Cookie notice. The request carries the browser language, local event time, time zone and referring source when available; the current page is supplied by the normal request referrer, and the server processes network-address information for aggregate visitor and page-view counts. It does not set an analytics cookie. Loopback development traffic is excluded.
This processing supports basic site operation, security and aggregate page-use understanding. Cookie consent controls only optional cookies, advertising, personalisation or third-party tracking; none are enabled in this build.
Cookies, form security and local storage
The enquiry form uses a time-limited signed form token and does not require a PHP session cookie. The consent interface stores the visitor’s preference locally so it is not asked repeatedly. No advertising cookie or optional third-party analytics cookie is enabled by default.
Server logs, retention and security
Hosting infrastructure may process IP address, request path, time, user agent and error information in security/access logs. Enquiry and aggregate-statistics records should be retained only as long as operationally needed and access must be restricted. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Choices and requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry record by emailing server@rkacademy.net with enough information to identify the record. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. External links have their own privacy practices.
